Refrigerant

Refrigerants are not new to us. The most common one is Freon once linked to the destruction of the ozone layer. The function of refrigerant is to absorb and release heat through the transformation of physical properties in a closed system. At present, the most common refrigerants in air source heat pump units are R22, R410A, R134a and R407C four kinds. The choice of refrigerant is ideal for its innocuity, non explosion, no corrosion to metal and nonmetal, high latent heat of evaporation and harmless to the environment.

Compressor

The compressor is the "heart" of the heat pump unit, and the ideal heat pump compressor can operate steadily in the cold environment of about -25 degrees centigrade, and ensure that it can provide hot water at 55 and 60 degrees C in winter. Air compressor enthalpy technology has to be mentioned in terms of the performance of the compressor. The ordinary air source heat pump water heater can hardly operate normally when the ambient temperature is below -10 C. Low temperature operating conditions have great influence on the efficiency of water heaters and are easy to cause damage to the components of water heaters. Under the low temperature condition, the compression ratio and the suction volume increase, which leads to the excessive exhaust temperature, the decrease of heat production and the decrease of the performance coefficient, which will lead to the damage of the compressor and so on. Therefore, for the operation of low-temperature conditions, it can be added to the operation system of heat pump water heater to increase the air supply enthalpy, two-stage compression, and so on, to improve the operating efficiency of the system.

Air jet enthalpy system

The air jet enthalpy system is a new system composed of air jet enthalpy compressor, air jet enthalpy technology and high efficiency supercooler. The combination of these three technologies can provide efficient performance, and it is an organic whole. The jet enthalpy compressor adopts two stage throttling intermediate jet technology, and the flash vaporizer is used for gas-liquid separation to achieve the effect of increasing enthalpy. It can improve the capacity of the compressor to improve the capacity of the compressor in low temperature environment.

The high efficiency supercooler also plays a key role in the whole system. On the one hand, it can increase the enthalpy difference between the cooling medium of the main circulation circuit before the throttle and increase the enthalpy difference. On the other hand, the auxiliary circuit (the cooling medium will be imported directly from the central compressor in the compressor is directly involved in the compression) and is suitable for the low pressure cold medium after the electronic expansion valve depressurization. When the preheating is to achieve the appropriate medium pressure, the compressor is provided for two times compression.

The air injection enthalpy system can improve the heat recovery capacity of compressor by raising 20% of the compressor's return volume under low temperature conditions. The air-jet enthalpy system produces refrigerant steam through the flash vaporizer and the economizer, while cooling the refrigerant in the main cycle, which reduces the exhaust temperature, reduces the exhaust overheat, reduces the length of the gas phase heat transfer area of the condenser, increases the heat exchange area of the two phase and improves the heat exchange efficiency of the condenser. At the same time, the supercooling degree of refrigerant before throttling is increased, which makes the heat absorbed by refrigerant in the evaporator increase, thus increasing the heat production.
